Terms of Service

Welcome to AI 101 (“Service”, “Platform”), owned and operated by Robitaille Programmation Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
By accessing, browsing, or using AI 101 in any way—including creating an account, enrolling in a course, using any AI tools, uploading content, or connecting third-party accounts—you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE SERVICE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We do not knowingly collect data from, market to, or allow use by individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data without notice.
2. Description of Service
AI 101 is a personalized artificial intelligence education platform that provides:
- A personalized AI productivity course with up to 30 lessons tailored to your professional profile
- Access to AI-powered tools and interfaces including, but not limited to, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, Magic Tools, and Gamma integrations
- An AI coaching system that provides personalized guidance
- AI Agent automation capabilities
- AI-generated content including text, images, code, presentations, and other media
- Third-party account integrations (Google, Microsoft, Slack)
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time, with or without notice.
4. Third-Party AI Services and Data Processing
THIS IS A CRITICAL SECTION. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
The Service integrates with multiple third-party artificial intelligence providers to deliver its functionality. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the following:
4.1 Data Transmitted to Third-Party AI Providers
When you use the Service, your content—including but not limited to text prompts, conversation histories, uploaded files (documents, images, PDFs), professional profile information, and any other data you submit—may be transmitted to one or more of the following third-party providers for processing:
- Anthropic, PBC (Claude models) — for chat, analysis, content generation, file processing, web search, and code execution
- OpenAI, LLC (GPT and DALL-E models) — for chat, image generation, file processing, web search, and research
- Google LLC (Gemini models) — for chat, multimodal analysis, and search grounding
- OpenRouter, Inc. — as an AI model routing proxy for multiple providers
- xAI Corp. (Grok models) — for chat and research
- Perplexity AI, Inc. — for research and information retrieval
- Gamma Tech, Inc. — for presentation generation
4.2 No Control Over Third-Party Processing
Once your data is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, it is subject to that provider’s own terms of service, privacy policy, and data retention practices. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for how these third parties process, store, retain, or use your data. You are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of each third-party provider.
4.3 Analytics, Monitoring, and Advertising Services
The Service uses the following third-party services for analytics, error monitoring, and advertising measurement:
- PostHog, Inc. — product analytics to understand feature usage and improve the Service
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — error monitoring and performance tracking
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement via Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for subscription management
By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of data by these services as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.4 AI Output Disclaimer
All AI-generated content, including but not limited to text responses, images, code, presentations, research summaries, course materials, coaching advice, and automated agent outputs, is generated by third-party artificial intelligence systems. We make absolutely no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, legality, or safety of any AI-generated content. AI outputs may contain:
- Factual errors, inaccuracies, or “hallucinations”
- Biased, misleading, or incomplete information
- Content that may be offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable for certain purposes
- Code that may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors
- Information that may be outdated or inapplicable to your jurisdiction
You acknowledge that AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise) and that you use all AI-generated content at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and evaluating all AI-generated content before relying upon or acting upon it in any capacity.
5. Third-Party Account Integrations (OAuth)
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts including Google, Microsoft, and Slack for automation and productivity features. By connecting these accounts, you:
- Grant the Service permission to access data within the scopes you authorize (e.g., email, calendar, files, documents)
- Acknowledge that actions performed by AI Agents using your connected accounts are performed on your behalf and at your sole risk
- Accept full responsibility for any actions taken through automated agents using your connected accounts
- Understand that you may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration, but that actions already taken cannot be undone
We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, unauthorized access, or other consequences resulting from the use of third-party account integrations, including actions performed by AI Agents on your behalf.
6. User Content and Conduct
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (“User Content”), including text, documents, images, and files. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service, including transmitting it to third-party AI providers for processing.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Upload any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Upload any malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or connected systems
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence
- Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive materials
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or any portion thereof without our express written consent
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service (except as expressly authorized)
- Upload content containing sensitive personal data of third parties without their express consent
6.3 Content Monitoring
We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, course structure, curriculum design, user interface, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Robitaille Programmation Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
7.2 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content created through the Service (including course materials, images, code, and text) is provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. The ownership and intellectual property status of AI-generated content is subject to evolving law and varies by jurisdiction. We make no guarantees regarding your ownership rights over AI-generated content and disclaim all liability arising from intellectual property disputes related to AI-generated outputs.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you irrevocably assign to us all rights in such feedback and agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.
8. Payment, Refunds, and Subscription
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing access to the Service:
- You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your selected plan
- All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
- All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing purchases will not be retroactively affected
Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at our contact page. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
- THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE
- ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, LAWFUL, NON-INFRINGING, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE
- ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED
- THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- ANY COURSE CONTENT, COACHING, OR EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR LEARNING OUTCOME OR PROFESSIONAL RESULT
- ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR MEDICAL ADVICE
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROBITAILLE PROGRAMMATION INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR HALLUCINATIONS
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDER ACTIONS, DATA BREACHES, OR SERVICE FAILURES
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM ACTIONS PERFORMED BY AI AGENTS USING YOUR CONNECTED ACCOUNTS
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
- ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100.00).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robitaille Programmation Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs) arising from or related to:
- Your use of or access to the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party
- Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
- Your use of AI-generated content
- Actions performed by AI Agents using your connected third-party accounts
- Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service or AI-generated outputs
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association (CAA). The arbitration shall take place in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The language of the arbitration shall be English or French, at the Company’s election. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR CONDUCT ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
12.4 Exception for Small Claims
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for claims within that court’s jurisdictional limits.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At our sole discretion for any business reason
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are under no obligation to retain, store, or provide you with any data, content, or materials associated with your account following termination.
The following sections shall survive termination: Sections 4 (Third-Party AI Services), 6 (User Content and Conduct), 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 12 (Dispute Resolution), and this Section 13.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, shortages of labor or materials, failure of third-party services or AI providers, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or government actions.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms to the Service with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Robitaille Programmation Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by us.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction and without notice to you, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
16.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
16.6 Language
The parties have expressly requested that these Terms and all related documents be drafted in English. Les parties ont expressément demandé que les présentes conditions et tous les documents connexes soient rédigés en anglais.
